Juki MO-6816S 5 thread safety stitch

The Juki MO-6816S is a 2-needle, 5-thread, industrial overlocker and safety stitch machine manufactured by JUKI of Japan.

This machine is ideal for safety stitching of light to medium weight fabrics and designed to perform at high speed with excellent reliability and consistancy.

The 5 thread safety stitch comprises a 2 thread chainstitch with a separate 3 thread overlock stitch beside it. This type of stitch is used in clothing manufacturing for joining of woven fabrics on items such as shirts , trousers and curtains and general seaming on woven fabrics.

The 6816S has adjustable differential feed which allows it to produce perfectly flat seams.
